You may not:

  • Harass, bully or insult other users;
  • Use hateful, racist, sexist or otherwise discriminatory language;
  • Send threats or promote violence;
  • Engage in stalking, intimidation or unwanted sexual comments.

All users should feel safe when using TripSpy.

2. Acceptable Content

TripSpy is focused on travel and discovery. Content must follow safety, legal and community standards.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Graphic violence, gore or serious injury;
  • Pornography or highly sexual content;
  • Any sexual content involving minors;
  • Illegal activities (drugs, weapons, unlawful gatherings);
  • Dangerous stunts without warnings or context;
  • Fake or misleading routes and events;
  • Posting personal data of others without consent;
  • Using copyrighted material without permission.

Additional rules for travel content:

  • Mark dangerous or restricted places with a clear warning;
  • Do not encourage trespassing, vandalism or unsafe behavior;
  • Routes and descriptions must be realistic and not intentionally misleading.

3. Behavior Inside the Platform

To keep the platform healthy, you may not:

  • Create multiple fake or deceptive accounts;
  • Use bots or automated systems to interact with the App;
  • Scrape or extract data from TripSpy without permission;
  • Spam, mass-message or promote products without approval;
  • Mass-upload low-quality or repetitive content.

You are encouraged to share original travel experiences, photos and useful information for other travelers.

4. Offline Events & Real-World Safety

Some TripSpy content leads to real-world events and meetups. If you attend anything discovered in the App, you do so at your own risk.

  • TripSpy is not responsible for offline interactions between users;
  • Always follow local laws and safety rules;
  • Illegal events or clearly dangerous activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

TripSpy may take action when these Guidelines are violated. Possible actions include:

  • Removal or limitation of content visibility;
  • Warnings to users;
  • Temporary account suspension;
  • Permanent account ban;
  • Immediate removal of clearly dangerous or illegal material.

Moderation decisions are final.

6. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, please use the in-app Report function. We review reports as quickly as possible, but an immediate response cannot be guaranteed.

7. Responsibilities of Content Creators

If you publish routes, events or other travel recommendations, you confirm that:

  • The information is real and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You include warnings for dangerous places or situations;
  • You do not encourage illegal activities or unsafe behaviour;
  • You have the rights to use any photos or media you upload.
